Dispatch:

  • Quick Dispatch: Kalyani aims to dispatch your order within one business day from the date of placement. Please note that dispatch times may vary based on the delivery destination. For instance, if your order needs to be delivered to a remote or rural area where private logistics partners are unavailable, we may use Indiapost as the last available option. Dispatch via Indiapost may take slightly longer due to factors beyond our control, such as system/server issues or government holidays.

Transit Time:

  • Dependence on Third-party Couriers: Kalyani relies on third-party couriers for daily deliveries, making our quoted delivery times tentative and not guaranteed.
  • Variability: Transit times vary for each pincode and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including natural calamities, protests, and other disruptions. You can check the estimated delivery time for your area using the pincode checker on product pages or through the Kalyani website.

Selection of the Courier:

  • Courier Choice: Kalyani primarily employs Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees for daily deliveries throughout India.
  • Performance-based Selection: Our team assesses each courier’s performance data to choose the best-performing courier at the time of order placement, as courier performance can vary by pincode.

Shipping Fee Calculation:

  • Weight-based Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on your overall order weight, which includes packaging materials like belts, carton boxes, and tape.
  • Transparency: The shipping fee is displayed to you before completing your order, and it takes into account all relevant costs, such as packaging materials.
  • Courier Charges: Please note that the final courier charges for delivery to end-users are determined by various factors, including the courier partner, distance, region, and mode of delivery. Any difference in amounts will neither be charged to the buyer nor refunded.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged Packages: We kindly request customers not to accept damaged packages to prevent potential theft during transit. If a damaged package is returned to us, we will send a replacement shipment. If a customer accepts a damaged shipment, Kalyani will not be liable for any missing or damaged products.

Incomplete Address:

  • Importance of Complete Address: Delivery agents are not obligated to call and collect complete delivery addresses. Providing a complete address with the correct house number, street name/number, block, sector, khand, landmark, and pincode ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for both you and the delivery agent. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
