Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests are accepted until 11:59 AM of the following day of placing the order. Beyond this time frame, we regret that we cannot entertain any cancellation requests under any circumstances.

If an order is returned due to incorrect billing information provided by the customer, additional transportation charges will apply if the customer wishes to receive the same order again.

In such cases, a penalty equivalent to 30% of the order amount (excluding transportation charges) plus 100% of the transportation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy:

For refunds processed to the customer’s bank account, third-party wallets, or credit card, a cancellation fee, which includes convenience and payment gateway charges, will be levied. This fee amounts to 5% of the refundable amount.

However, if the customer requests a refund into their Kalyani Enterprises Account Wallet (Store Credit), no cancellation fee will be applied. The credited amount will automatically adjust on the next purchase, and the user will only need to pay the remaining balance.

If an order’s status is updated as “delivered” by the courier, but the customer refuses delivery, any disputes must be reported to Kalyani Enterprises within 3 days from the date of delivery status update.

No refund will be issued if the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been dispatched. In such cases, additional transportation charges will be imposed to reship the order. Customers can choose to pay these charges and have the order resent, or they can opt to forfeit the order with no refund.

Please ensure that the bank account details provided for the refund are accurate and active. Kalyani Enterprises will not be responsible for any refund issues arising from incorrect or inactive bank account information.

Kalyani Enterprises will not provide any refund or compensation for shipping charges if the customer chooses delivery through means other than the logistics services provided by Kalyani Enterprises.

Please note that shipping or delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of items in an order and may vary due to random combinations of items. Kalyani Enterprises will neither charge the customer extra if the actual shipping charges are higher than the paid delivery charges nor refund any amount if the actual shipping charges are lower than the paid delivery charges.
