By accepting the Terms of Use when placing an order through the Kalyani Website (goukart.in) or by using the Kalyani Mobile Apps, you hereby agree to the following conditions:

1. You have read and agree to our Delivery Policy.

2. You have read and agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. Products once sold cannot be returned under any circumstances.

5. Products once packed cannot be altered or exchanged with other items under any circumstances.

6. We adhere to industry packaging standards when shipping goods. You are eligible to claim a refund for a missing item in the order or any damage to goods during transit, but you must report it within 4 business days from the date of order delivery to your shipping address. Claims of damage during transit must be supported by evidence. We request that you make an unboxing video of the packet/carton you receive to support any damage claims. No damage claims will be entertained without such evidence.

7. Delivery fees vary and are calculated based on the total weight (including packaging) of the order and the destination zone. Kalyani reserves the right to change the delivery fee at any time without prior notice.

8. Transportation costs may not match the actual transportation tariff. The difference depends on the weight of the packing material and distance and may be either less or more than the actual amount charged. In either case, the difference in the amount will not be charged or refunded.

9. Additional transportation charges will be levied to return the same order if it returns from the correct billing address.

10. Kalyani reserves the right to change the cancellation policy, refund policy, and terms & conditions at any time without prior notification.

11. All special requests such as delivery time, details change, etc., must be submitted by the customer within 8 hours of placing the order. After that, no such requests will be entertained, and the customer will be responsible if the order returns to the origin.

12. In the case of overseas delivery, before ordering, customers are requested to check with their local customs regulations regarding the import of products into their respective countries. Kalyani shall not be responsible if the items purchased are seized by the respective customs department in the destination or origin country. In this case, Kalyani will not be liable to pay any sort of refund.

13. Kalyani will not initiate refunds to customers under any circumstances if the order is lost during transit by the carrier or airline in the origin and destination country.

14. The customer agrees that the products purchased from Kalyani will be for personal use only and will not be used for any commercial purpose.

15. If a customer refuses to accept a cash-on-delivery (COD) order, Kalyani has the full right to not process their future cash-on-delivery orders.

16. The customer must submit a complete video of unboxing the order to Kalyani to lodge a complaint about any missing or damaged item in the order. Failure to provide substantial proof will result in the rejection of the claim/complaint by Kalyani.

International: Deliveries beyond Indian Territory:

Kalyani uses multiple third-party couriers services to arrange deliveries of orders intended for delivery outside the Indian territory or nations apart from India. While Kalyani delivers to various parts of the globe, there may be instances where we stop collecting orders to a destination country without prior notice if our delivery service is affected.

Key Points to Remember Before Placing an Order for Delivery Outside Indian Territory:

1. The buyer or user of the Kalyani website or mobile app is solely responsible for checking with their local authorities and customs in the destination country to determine if the products ordered from Kalyani are allowed to be imported.

2. Kalyani has a team that checks each item in an order before dispatch. If items are restricted in the destination country, Kalyani may remove them from the order.

3. Refunds for removed items will be credited to the Kalyani Account Wallet and will be automatically adjusted on your next purchase.

4. The buyer and user of the Kalyani website or mobile app acknowledge that any fees, charges, penalties, or duties imposed by the destination country will not be paid by Kalyani.

5. Additional charges may apply to your order if it returns from its destination country to its origin due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address, incomplete/incorrect contact details, or failure to pay any duties, fees, or penalties imposed by customs or any authority in the destination country.
